There are two indoor ice arenas in Vimpelinlaakso, Kajaani. The new indoor training ice rink was completed in the spring of 2019 next to the original competition arena. The main arena, i.e. the competition arena, was renovated at the same time as the training rink was built.
The competition arena’s rink size is 29×60 metres. It has 6 changing rooms for public use. The representative team have their own changing rooms. In addition, the arena has VIP facilities, a gym and a cafe that is usually open during game events. The arena has a modern, flexible rink and is lit with LED lighting. The arena’s changing rooms, public facilities and external facing were renovated in the summer of 2019.
The training arena has 4 changing rooms and 2 barrier-free changing rooms. Its rink size is 56×26 metres.
