Land surveying must be booked at least 3 weekdays before the work is to be performed with the exception of boundary surveys, which must be booked 5 weekdays in advance.
The markings of the building’s location and elevation, as specified in the building permit decision, as well as the building location inspection are included in the price of the building permit in accordance with the Building Control Department’s rates. Other measurements, boundary surveys, marking the building for excavation work and the field work involved in soil testing are subject to a charge. We will always contact you before starting the work.
